Yes. If you are unable to pick up the piece locally (Leesburg VA), I can have the piece shipped to you! For small pieces, UPS or FedEx can be used. Larger and/or heavier pieces may require a freight company or courier (via UShip, etc).
For custom work, I require 50% up front (upon finalization of design and quote), and 50% once ready for pickup / shipping. I accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, cash, or check.
Since I primarily make made to order, custom pieces, returns are not accepted. However, I work closely with my clients on design details (including CAD drawings) and share detailed design decisions and pictures along the way to ensure my clients get exactly what they wanted and are completely satisfied with the results.

Gray Dog Woodworking is named after our original charcoal lab, Desmo. Our new charcoal lab, Bodhi, is carrying on the namesake.
